Mimir is an AI implementation consultancy. We work with organizations that want to move past AI strategy and into AI that works — in specific workflows, measurably, without disrupting what the team already does well.
The firm
Most organizations deploy AI as a product — a chatbot, a copilot, a writing assistant — and find that the underlying workflows don't change. Mimir takes a different path: start with specific workflows, select the intervention that fits the problem, build it, measure it, and expand from there.
We work across industries. The framework is vertical-agnostic because the problems — manual processes that should be automated, recurring structured work being done from scratch, exception tracking that lives in someone's personal spreadsheet — appear everywhere. The right tool for a freight brokerage's quote emails is not the same as the right tool for an FP&A team's monthly commentary. That distinction is what the framework is for.
Engagements bring in specialists as the work requires. Strategy, implementation, and measurement are all part of what Mimir delivers — not a strategy document handed off to someone else to build.
